FG IV : Mondi, the Second Game Project

Hello readers of my adventures!

Soon this placeholder post will hold information on my second project here at Futuregames, a project which lasted 4 weeks with 1 week of pre-production.

Mondi is both the name of the game and the name of tiny slime you play as, it’s a 3D puzzle adventure game within which you jump and stick to surfaces in order to escape an abandoned research facility.



Now then, what did I do for this project?

I rigged and animated Mondi and its little flower using Maya and Animation Blueprints, setup a pipeline with automatic imports using the new Python Unreal integration, setup an art pipeline which used Substance and Marmoset. Setup the shaders and finally lit and setup post effects for all levels.
